A Moderated Conversation: Reflections of First Ladies, Mrs. Barbara Bush and Mrs. Laura Bush, was the keynote event in a day-long conference focusing on the lives and legacies of America's First Ladies. Anita McBride, Conference Chair and former Chief of Staff to First Lady Laura Bush, introduced the guests, First Ladies Mrs. Barbara Bush and Mrs. Laura Bush. The moderator was Mark Updegrove, Director, LBJ Presidential Library.
