Signing of the Higher Education Act

While at Southwest Texas State College, now Texas State University, in San Marcos, Texas for the Higher Education Act signing, President Johnson and Lady Bird Johnson view a Texas Historic site marker which mentions that LBJ, an alumnus of the school, worked in that building while he was a student.
